Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat 350.
- 2 grease the muffin tin.
- 3 mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. stir in the liquid ingredients (eggs- slightly beaten, butter-melted and cooled off). blend until slightly lumpy and just combined.
- 4 bake 18-20 minutes.
