Corn On The Grill

Ingredients
- 6 ears sweet white corn or 6 ears corn
- unsalted butter
Recipe
- 1 heat grill until medium hot.
- 2 pull husks back from corn, keeping husks attached.
- 3 remove as much silk from the corn as possible; replace husks, covering kernels.
- 4 using kitchen twine, secure husks at tops.
- 5 place corn in a large bucket of cold water.
- 6 let soak 1 hour.
- 7 transfer corn to grill.
- 8 cook until husks are charred and the corn has steamed, about 15 minutes.
- 9 remove from grill; discard husks.
- 10 serve with butter, salt, and pepper.
