Corn On The Grill

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 ears sweet white corn or 6 ears corn
  • unsalted butter

Recipe

  • 1 heat grill until medium hot.
  • 2 pull husks back from corn, keeping husks attached.
  • 3 remove as much silk from the corn as possible; replace husks, covering kernels.
  • 4 using kitchen twine, secure husks at tops.
  • 5 place corn in a large bucket of cold water.
  • 6 let soak 1 hour.
  • 7 transfer corn to grill.
  • 8 cook until husks are charred and the corn has steamed, about 15 minutes.
  • 9 remove from grill; discard husks.
  • 10 serve with butter, salt, and pepper.
