Corn Pudding

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine the sugar and flour.
  • 2 whisk in the eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper.
  • 3 stir in the corn and cream-style corn.
  • 4 pour into a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
  • 5 bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
