Ingredients

- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons orange zest, freshly grated
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 combine cornmeal, sugar, flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl. mix well.
- 3 add remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
- 4 spoon into greased muffin tins.
- 5 bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
