Corn Muffins With Orange

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 18
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest, freshly grated
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
  • 2 combine cornmeal, sugar, flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl. mix well.
  • 3 add remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
  • 4 spoon into greased muffin tins.
  • 5 bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
