Corn Pancakes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups liquid from drained corn and water
  • 1/3 cup non-fat powdered milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 16 ounces whole kernel corn, drained, reserve liquid

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl stir all of the ingredients together.
  • 2 bake on a greased heated griddle.
