Corn Grits Cereal

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yellow corn grits
  • 3 cups water (can use milk if desired)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 bring water (or milk) and salt to a boil.
  • 2 add corn grits and reduce heat.
  • 3 cook slowly for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • 4 remove from heat, cover and let stand for a couple of minutes before serving.
