Ingredients
- 1 (250 g) can creamed corn
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 egg (separated)
- 1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 place flour, corn, milk and egg yolk in a bowl and mix together.
- 2 beat egg white until stiff and add to mixture.
- 3 place spoonfuls into hot oil for a few minutes.
- 4 turn to brown.
- 5 place on absorbent paper for a few minutes.
- 6 serve hot.
