Corn Fritters

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (250 g) can creamed corn
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 egg (separated)
  • 1 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 place flour, corn, milk and egg yolk in a bowl and mix together.
  • 2 beat egg white until stiff and add to mixture.
  • 3 place spoonfuls into hot oil for a few minutes.
  • 4 turn to brown.
