Cornmeal Biscuits

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 in mixing bowl combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. add eggs, milk, and oil. mix throughly.
  • 2 roll dough out on floured surface to a 1/2 inch thickness. cut out 2 inch biscuits. place on baking sheet. bake in a 450 degree oven, for 10 to 12 minutes till golden brown.
