Cornmeal Mush

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 bring to a boil in a heavy saucepan or top of a double boiler 3 cups of water.
  • 2 combine cornmeal, 1 cup cold water, flour and salt and stir into the boiling water.
