- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt

- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
Recipe
- cut chicken into chunks. place chicken in wet batter for at least 2 hours or overnight. remove chicken from wet batter and coat with flour mix.
- fry chicken at 350 degrees until golden brown.
