Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f
- 2 grease muffin tin, do not use muffin papers!
- 3 combine wet ingredients.
- 4 in a separate bowl combine dry ingredients.
- 5 blend the two,put in muffin cups.
- 6 bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
