Corn On Toast

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 150 ml oil
  • 2 cups corn, mashed
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 3 green chilies, chopped
  • black pepper
  • 6 slices bread, cut into 2 halves each
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro

Recipe

  • 1 put oil in a pan.
  • 2 add corn, salt, curd, cilantro, green chillies and pepper.
  • 3 cook for 5-10 minutes on medium-low heat.
  • 4 fry 6 bread slices till light brown.
  • 5 put the above mixture on bread once its cooked and serve immediately.
