- 1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
- 1 teaspoon shallot, minced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 6 ears corn on the cob, shucked
Recipe
- 1 combine the first 7 ingredients in a small bowl.
- 2 cook corn in boiling water 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. brush butter mixture evenly over corn; serve immediately.
