Corn Masa

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup lard
  • 2 1/2 cups masa harina
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups warm chicken broth or 1 1/2 cups warm water

Recipe

  • 1 beat the lard until light and fluffy.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients, using just enough liquid until the dough holds together well.
