Corn Fritters

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup low-fat ritz crackers
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 crush ritz crackers in a plastic bag.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • 3 melt butter in a non stick pan on medium high heat.
  • 4 drop pancake-size amount in pan and cook until start to form in the center of the fritters.
  • 5 flip to other side until browned.
  • 6 serve with maple syrup.
