Cornmeal Dumplings

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 18 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cold butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 combine dry ingredients.
  • 2 cut in butter (using fingers or pastry blender) until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  • 3 add milk and stir.
