Ingredients

• 2 pineapple
• 1/2 gallon stolichnaya
• 1/2 cup sugar

Recipe

• 1 core, peel, and chunk pineapples and arrange in large glass steeping jar.
• 2 mix together and sugar.
• 3 pour mixture over pineapple.
• 4 allow infusion to steep for 8 days in a cool dry place (cupboard, etc).
• 5 after 8 days, strain the from the pineapple and save both.
