Banana Nut Raisin Splenda Muffins

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup splenda granular
- 1 egg
- 3 bananas, overripe
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spray muffin tin w/ baking spray.
- 3 soak raisins in hot water to swell.
- 4 mix butter, splenda & egg together.
- 5 in separate bowl mash bananas, add milk.
- 6 mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
- 7 add to butter mixture.
- 8 turn in bananas.
- 9 drain raisins and add.
- 10 add chopped walnuts.
- 11 divide evenly in 12 cup muffin pan.
- 12 bake 30-35 minutes until golden.
