Banana Nut Raisin Splenda Muffins

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup splenda granular
  • 1 egg
  • 3 bananas, overripe
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 spray muffin tin w/ baking spray.
  • 3 soak raisins in hot water to swell.
  • 4 mix butter, splenda & egg together.
  • 5 in separate bowl mash bananas, add milk.
  • 6 mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
  • 7 add to butter mixture.
  • 8 turn in bananas.
  • 9 drain raisins and add.
  • 10 add chopped walnuts.
  • 11 divide evenly in 12 cup muffin pan.
  • 12 bake 30-35 minutes until golden.
  • 13 enjoy! mmmmmmmm!
