Banana Muffins Healthier

Ingredients
- 3 large bananas
- 3/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 1/3 cup margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mash bananas.
- 2 add sugar and slightly beaten egg.
- 3 add the melted butter and chopped walnuts.
- 4 add the dry ingredients stir to mix.
- 5 fill greased muffin tray with mixture and bake for 20 minutes in a 375°f oven.
