Banana Muffins Healthier

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 large bananas
  • 3/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
  • 1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute
  • 1/3 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mash bananas.
  • 2 add sugar and slightly beaten egg.
  • 3 add the melted butter and chopped walnuts.
  • 4 add the dry ingredients stir to mix.
  • 5 fill greased muffin tray with mixture and bake for 20 minutes in a 375°f oven.
