Amish Texas Chocolate Roll Cake

Ingredients

• 5 large eggs, seperated
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup cake flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 3 tablespoons hot water

Recipe

• 1 beat the egg yolks, sugar and 3 tbls hot water.
• 2 beat the egg whites till stiff -- add all ingredients.
• 3 put in jelly roll pan lined with waxed paper and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350*.
• 4 cool in pan 5 minutes -- then invert onto a towel dusted with powdered sugar -- roll and when cool.unroll and fill with filling of your choice -- .
