2 Way Baked Kumara ( Flesh Or 'bush Bok' Sweet Potato)

Total Time: 47 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 kumara (the size of a regular baking potato)
  • 10 -25 g butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 set the oven to 200c/425°f.
  • 2 bake as you would a regular potato, pierce the skin with a fork and bake for around 45mins to an hour. wrap in foil if you don't like a crispy skin.
  • 3 split and slather in butter, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

  • 5 split and slather in butter, condensed milk and cinnamon.
