Banana Nut Cornbread

Ingredients
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) packages corn muffin mix
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine all ingredients just until blended.
- 2 spoon into 2 greased 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pans. bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- 3 cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
