Banana Oat Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
- 4 cups oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees. grease a 13"x9" pan or use a parchment sling.
- 2 combine the oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. make a well in the center.
- 3 in another bowl combine eggs, banana, applesauce, milk, maple syrup, brown sugar and vanilla.
- 4 pour the liquid mix into the dry and stir until just combined. add the dried cranberries.
- 5 place in greased pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- 6 cut into bars and enjoy.
