Banana Split Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients

- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1 (72 ounce) package oreo cookies
- 1 (16 ounce) container whipped topping
- 1 (5 ounce) box chocolate instant pudding
- 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, cut in half
- 3 medium bananas, sliced
Recipe
- 1 let vanilla ice cream soften until it can be evenly spread.
- 2 crush oreo's into fine pieces and pour evenly into a 9 x 13 dish.
- 3 add ice cream by spreading smoothly over crushed oreo's, approximately 3/4-1 inch thick.
- 4 put in freezer to let ice cream harden.
- 5 mix pudding with whipped topping.
- 6 add mixture by spreading evenly over ice cream.
- 7 put sliced bananas and strawberries on top of pudding and whipped topping mixture.
- 8 layer drained pineapple on top of bananas and strawberries return to freezer until ready to serve.
