Banana Split Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
• 1 (72 ounce) package oreo cookies
• 1 (16 ounce) container whipped topping
• 1 (5 ounce) box chocolate instant pudding
• 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, cut in half
• 3 medium bananas, sliced

Recipe

• 1 let vanilla ice cream soften until it can be evenly spread.
• 2 crush oreo's into fine pieces and pour evenly into a 9 x 13 dish.
• 3 add ice cream by spreading smoothly over crushed oreo's, approximately 3/4-1 inch thick.
• 4 put in freezer to let ice cream harden.
• 5 mix pudding with whipped topping.
• 6 add mixture by spreading evenly over ice cream.
• 7 put sliced bananas and strawberries on top of pudding and whipped topping mixture.
• 8 layer drained pineapple on top of bananas and strawberries return to freezer until ready to serve.
