Banana Nut Cookies

Ingredients

• Servings: 60
• 2 (18 1/4 ounce) boxes banana cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 cup vegetable oil
• 2 cups finely chopped walnuts

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 mix all ingredients except walnuts in a large mixing bowl. mix on medium speed till well blended.
• 3 form into 1 inch balls. roll in finely chopped walnuts.
• 4 place cookies 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
• 5 bake 11-12 minutes till bottoms are lightly browned.
• 6 let cool 5 minutes on sheet then transfer to cooling rack.
