Blackberry And Apple Crumble

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups blackberries
- 2 bramley apples, cored, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 ounces plain flour
- 2 ounces rolled oats
- 2 ounces soft brown sugar
- 1 ounce caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 80 g vegan margarine
Recipe
- 1 put blackberries in a sieve and pour over boiling water.
- 2 put the blackberries and sliced apples into a dish, sprinkle with 1 tbsp of brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and bake at 180c while preparing the crumble.
- 3 mix the rest of the ingredients until crumbly.
- 4 remove fruit from the oven and put crumble mix on top.
- 5 bake for around 30 minutes.
