Artichoke Dip Renaissance

Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) can marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced onions
- 4 ounces diced green chilies (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese, and onions. mix well and transfer into a prepared baking dish.
- 3 bake until lightly browned or bubbling. approximately 25 minutes. garnish with paprika and/or chopped tomato if desired.
- 4 serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or even toast!
