Corn Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup cracker, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 beat eggs, then add remaining ingredients, adding pepper to taste.
  • 3 mix all well. pour into greased dish.
  • 4 bake 40 to 45 minutes or until top begins to brown.
