Crab And Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 (8 ounce) packages mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 soften cream cheese to room temperature.
- 2 mix crab meat and cream cheese together.
- 3 add 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese mix together.
- 4 pull stems off mushrooms and save for something else.
- 5 stuff mushrooms with cheese mixture.
- 6 put 2 tbsp olive oil in baking dish.
- 7 place mushrooms in dish
- 8 put remaining 1 1/2 cup mozzerella on top of mushrooms.
- 9 drizzle remaining tbsp olive oil on top.
- 10 bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
