Crab And Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese
• 2 (8 ounce) packages mushrooms
• 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

• 1 soften cream cheese to room temperature.
• 2 mix crab meat and cream cheese together.
• 3 add 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese mix together.
• 4 pull stems off mushrooms and save for something else.
• 5 stuff mushrooms with cheese mixture.
• 6 put 2 tbsp olive oil in baking dish.
• 7 place mushrooms in dish
• 8 put remaining 1 1/2 cup mozzerella on top of mushrooms.
• 9 drizzle remaining tbsp olive oil on top.
• 10 bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
