Crab And Cauliflower Chowder

Ingredients

- 6 ounces crabmeat
- 2 1/2 cups cauliflower
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 3 ounces cream cheese with chives, cut up and softened
- 1/4 cup dry white
- 2 teaspoons parsley
Recipe
- 1 cut up crabmeat.
- 2 cook cauliflower in butter.
- 3 stir in flour and pepper.
- 4 add chicken broth and milk all at once.
- 5 cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
- 6 cook and stir for 1 more minute.
- 7 gradually stir in 1 cup of hot milk mixture into the softened cream cheese, cook and stir over heat until melts. add back to other soup.
- 8 stir in crabmeat and with cream cheese mixture.
- 9 sprinkle with parsley.
