Crab & Shrimp Chili (spicy)

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes (use pre-seasoned ones)
  • 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces imitation crabmeat (flaked)
  • 8 ounces pre-cooked shrimp (deveined and tails removed)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon blackening seasoning (i used old bay)
  • 3 dashes thyme

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.
  • 2 turn heat to low and let simmer for at least a half hour before serving.
  • 3 you can leave it on a low heat setting for several hours if needed.
  • 4 serve alone or mixed with rice.
