Crab And Artichoke Eggs

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese or 2 cups cheddar cheese or 2 cups swiss cheese
  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 8 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 4 ounces crabmeat
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • 3 lightly grease 4 to 6 oven proof ramekins.
  • 4 divide mixture between ramekins.
  • 5 bake until puffed and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
