Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 dozen fresh mussels, scrubbed and beards removed
- 1/4 cup dry white
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a large pan, heat the oil and toss in the pepper flakes and the garlic.
- 2 add in the mussels and toss over a medium heat for one minute.
