Crab & Haddock Bake

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb skinless haddock fillet
  • 20 ritz crackers
  • 1/2 lb lump crabmeat
  • 8 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350°f
  • 2 place the crackers in ziploc bag and crush them.
  • 3 melt half the butter and mix the crumbs, crab and butter in small bowl.
  • 4 put stuffing in shallow dish.
  • 5 cut fish into 4 equal parts and arrange them over the haddock.
  • 6 dot with remaining butter and season with salt and pepper.
  • 7 bake 20 minutes.
  • 8 for extra zest, add some lemon juice to the stuffing.
