Ingredients
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 dash salt
Recipe
- 1 combine egg, milk, flour, sugar, oil and salt.
- 2 heat lightly greased skillet.
- 3 spoon in 2 to 3 tablespoons batter.
- 4 lift and tilt skillet to spread batter over bottom.
