Crab & Shrimp Salad

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 green pepper, chopped
  • 3 ounces green olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup shrimp
  • 1 cup crab
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • chow mein noodles (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first seven ingredients. mix together cream, vinegar and mayonnaise, then add to the previous mixture. let refrigerate for 2 hours. pour over chow mein noodles (optional) and mix together. serve on lettuce leaf with garnish.
