Crab & Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 green pepper, chopped
- 3 ounces green olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup shrimp
- 1 cup crab
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- chow mein noodles (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine the first seven ingredients. mix together cream, vinegar and mayonnaise, then add to the previous mixture. let refrigerate for 2 hours. pour over chow mein noodles (optional) and mix together. serve on lettuce leaf with garnish.
