Bierochs In A Pan

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 head cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 lb monterey jack cheese (shredded)

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat & onion; drain.
  • 2 stir in cabbage and cook until tender.
  • 3 season with salt & pepper.
  • 4 spread 1 can of rolls on bottom of 9 x 12 inch baking pan.
  • 5 spread meat mixture on top.
  • 6 sprinkle with the cheeses.
  • 7 top with the other can of rolls.
  • 8 bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
