Apple Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups finely chopped apples
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 lb butter
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar, flour, and salt. add cream, egg, vanilla and beat until smooth. add apples. mix and pour into pie shell.
- 2 for topping, mix topping ingredients until crumbly. spread over top of pie filling. bake 25-30 minutes at 425.
