Apple Cream Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups finely chopped apples
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 lb butter

Recipe

  • 1 combine sugar, flour, and salt. add cream, egg, vanilla and beat until smooth. add apples. mix and pour into pie shell.
  • 2 for topping, mix topping ingredients until crumbly. spread over top of pie filling. bake 25-30 minutes at 425.
