Apple Crisp

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 big apples (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 7 tablespoons butter (soft)

Recipe

  • 1 fill a 9x13 baking dish with the peeled and sliced apples.
  • 2 mix the water and cinnamon together and pour over the apples.
  • 3 topping:.
  • 4 put all three ingredients into a bowl and work it with your fingers till it is well blended.
  • 5 with your fingers still messy, crumble this topping all over the apples till it is all used.
  • 6 bake 400 degrees till the apples are done.
  • 7 the tops will be golden and crunchy and apples soft.
  • 8 serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
  • 9 also, good with cheddar cheese (just like apple pie is good with it).
