Ingredients

- 4 -6 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can sauerkraut
- 1 tablespoon oil
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in large fry pan.
- 2 brown lamb chops.
- 3 remove from pan.
- 4 sauté onion until tender.
- 5 add sugar and work up all browned stuff in pan.
- 6 add sauerkraut and mix well.
- 7 put chops on top and cover.
- 8 lower heat and simmer until meat is cooked- about 10 minutes.
