Blueberry Upside-down Cake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (16 ounce) can lucky leaf blueberry pie filling
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 9 ounces yellow cake mix

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in an 8 inch square baking pan.
  • 2 add brown sugar and mix well.
  • 3 pour pie filling over brown sugar.
  • 4 add egg and milk to cake mix according to package directions.
  • 5 pour over pie filling.
  • 6 bake in preheated 350 degree over for 35 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
  • 7 cool for 5 minutes.
  • 8 turn upside down on plate.
  • 9 serve warm with whipped cream.
