Blueberry Swirl Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 graham craacker pie shell
  • 2 cups blueberry pie filling

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 mix together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. add eggs; mix well. pour into pie shell.
  • 3 pour 1/3 of the pie filling on top. gently swirl with a wooden pick. bake for 40 minutes or until center is set.
  • 4 cool at room temperature. refrigerate. serve topped with remaining pie filling.
