Baked Oatmeal

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup applesauce or 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup granny smith apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in 9x9 pan sprayed with pam.
  • 2 bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45min.
