Ingredients

- 2 lbs bacon, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 ounces egg noodles
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook egg noodles according to package directions.
- 2 fry bacon, remove from pan, and drain the fat, reserving a few tablespoons.
- 3 after bacon has been removed from the pan, add onion and cabbage.
- 4 add a few tablespoons of the bacon fat and a few tablespoons of water.
- 5 cover and cook on high until cabbage and onions are tender.
- 6 combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
- 7 enjoy!
