Belva St. Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (29 ounce) can peach slices

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix flour and sugar together.
  • 3 add milk, mix.
  • 4 add butter, mix.
  • 5 pour mixture into 9 x 13 pan.
  • 6 randomly place peach slices in mixture, without overlapping the peaches.
  • 7 optional: for extra juice, pour a little of the peach juice over cobbler before cooking.
  • 8 cook for 40 - 45 minutes.
