Baked Rigatoni

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb rigatoni pasta
- 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, divided and shredded
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce, divided
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. make rigatoni according to package, just until tender. drain and place in large bowl.
- 2 mix ricotta cheese and half the mozzarella cheese with rigatoni.
- 3 spray 9 x 13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray:cover the bottom of pan with half the spaghetti sauce. spoon the rigatoni mixture in to the pan. cover with remaining spaghetti sauce. sprinkle with parmesean cheese and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- 4 bake 30 minutes until cheese melts.
