Amaretto Eggnog Bread Pudding

Ingredients

- 2 loaves challah
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup amaretto
- 1 quart eggnog
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 tear bread into chunks.
- 3 beat the eggs into the eggnog and then add the amaretto and vanilla.
- 4 pour over bread.
- 5 with hands, mix until it has texture like very wet, soft stuffing.
- 6 you may need to add more amaretto,for proper texture (it will set up as it bakes).
- 7 add the raisins.
- 8 bake about 45 minutes, uncovered.
- 9 you may serve warm or cold.
