Ingredients

- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 15 ounces canned pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup canned evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 melt 1/2 stick margarine in casserole or souffle dish.
- 2 beat eggs.
- 3 add pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, flour, and evaporated milk to beaten eggs.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 pour into casserole dish.
- 6 mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1/8 tsp cinnamon.
- 7 sprinkle over top.
- 8 bake at 450 for 25-30 minutes or until set.
