Baked Pumpkin

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup canned evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 melt 1/2 stick margarine in casserole or souffle dish.
  • 2 beat eggs.
  • 3 add pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, flour, and evaporated milk to beaten eggs.
  • 4 mix well.
  • 5 pour into casserole dish.
  • 6 mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1/8 tsp cinnamon.
  • 7 sprinkle over top.
  • 8 bake at 450 for 25-30 minutes or until set.
