• 2 lbs uncooked lamb sausage links
• 2 large granny smith apples, peeled,cored,and sliced
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Recipe

• 1 cook sausage according to the package directions; drain on paper towel lined plates and set aside.
• 2 in a saucepan, add apples, onion, water, and brown sugar.
• 3 cook over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, stirring frequently.
• 4 add the sausage.
• 5 cook until thoroughly heated.
