Ingredients
- 1 (3 kg) can tomatoes
- 1 (3 kg) can baked beans
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 1 kg carrot, grated
- 4 onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 brown onion, celery and carrot together in olive oil.
- 2 add tin beans and tin tomato.
- 3 add stock until desired consistency is reached, more if pasta is added.
- 4 cook until done.
