Bean And Tomato Soup (large Volume)

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 kg) can tomatoes
  • 1 (3 kg) can baked beans
  • 1 bunch celery, chopped
  • 1 kg carrot, grated
  • 4 onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 liter vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 brown onion, celery and carrot together in olive oil.
  • 2 add tin beans and tin tomato.
  • 3 add stock until desired consistency is reached, more if pasta is added.
  • 4 cook until done.
